Friends often ask: “so what all does AAA do?” Then find themselves amazed by the long and diverse list of member benefits and opportunities. This prompted me to query our Hoosier Motor Club team to share what they believe to be the most overlooked sources of member value. Here are their thoughts and suggestions:
Use of the AAA Mobile APP: This provides on-the-go access to the cheapest gas prices near you. It helps you access trip-planning and discounts through the mobile version of AAA’s TripTik® Travel Planner. You can locate AAA Approved and Diamond Rated hotels, restaurants, and attractions, as well as branch locations and AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities.
More Travel Perks: You can combine AAA hotel discounts with your preferred hotel rewards points.
Lockout Service: If you have ever misplaced your car keys, you recognize the inconvenience and expense of going to your dealership for help. Rather, depending on your AAA membership level, we help offset the cost of key replacement. And if you are a AAA Premier member, Home Lockout service is also available to you.
Battery Service: As we head into these car battery-zapping hot summer months, please familiarize yourself with our battery service. We provide on the spot diagnosis, jump, or even replacement of a dead battery with a new one.
Financial Service Offerings: Part of the strength of AAA’s 61 million members is providing better arrangements than one might find on their own. AAA financial products are geared toward providing options that deliver increased security, less financial risk, greater gain, and peace of mind. Our value-packed AAA Member Rewards Visa® credit card allows you to earn points on every purchase and redeem them for cash, travel vouchers, gift cards, or even to renew your AAA membership.
